Health guarantee

At Munoz Westie Companions, we are dedicated to providing our customers with healthy, happy westie puppies and a positive experience. Our refund policy is designed to ensure transparency and protect both our customers and our puppies. Please read through our policy carefully to understand your options in the event that a refund is necessary.

. 72-Hour Initial Health Guarantee

When you bring your westie puppy home, we want to make sure you feel confident about their health. We offer a 72-hour health guarantee during which time you can take your puppy to a licensed veterinarian for a full health check. If any health concerns arise during this period, please contact us immediately.

  • If a serious health issue is diagnosed within the first 72 hours, and is confirmed by a licensed veterinarian, we offer a replacement puppy (if available) or a full refund.

. One-Year Genetic Health Guarantee

We carefully screen our breeding pairs for genetic conditions commonly found in the Western Highland Terrier breed to reduce the likelihood of hereditary issues. Our One-Year Genetic Health Guarantee covers the following genetic conditions:

  • Heart Conditions (including Boxer cardiomyopathy)
  • Hip Dysplasia
  • Congenital Eye Disorders

If a genetic condition covered under this guarantee is diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian within the first year of ownership, you may qualify for a replacement puppy (if available) or partial reimbursement toward the veterinary care associated with the diagnosis. Our goal is to provide you with a happy, healthy puppy, and we are here to support you in case any unexpected issues arise.

. Ongoing Health and Wellness Support

At Munoz Westie Companions, our commitment doesn’t end once you take your puppy home. We’re here to offer guidance on nutrition, exercise, and general care to support the health and happiness of your Boxer. Our team is always available to answer questions and provide recommendations as your puppy grows.
